透氣蓋含有一個(gè)0.2微米孔徑的隔濕性薄膜封住瓶蓋，可以提供持續(xù)而無(wú)菌的氣體交換，同時(shí)能zui大限度降低污染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。強(qiáng)烈推薦將此種瓶蓋類(lèi)型用于所有CO2培養(yǎng)箱中，特別是在長(zhǎng)期使用的情況下。

斜頸瓶更便于傾倒，改善了加樣或刮擦?xí)r對(duì)培養(yǎng)瓶的可操作性

直角培養(yǎng)瓶從底部到斜頸處有一定的坡度，更便于傾倒液體和移液管進(jìn)入

大多數(shù)斜頸瓶還有一個(gè)防傾側(cè)的裙邊以增加穩(wěn)定性
